1. For viscose, cotton, and their blended and interwoven fibers, the whiteness and capillary effect of the fibers can be greatly improved after treatment with the scouring enzyme.

2. Avoid excessive fiber damage and reduce weight loss.

3. Improve dyeability and level dyeing property, and enhance permeability and capillary effect.

4. High chelating effect, which can reduce the influence of calcium, magnesium and other ions in water on pretreatment and dyeing.

【Usage】

Pretreatment of cotton and its blended fabrics, yarns, and cone yarns:

1. For cotton knitted fabrics, yarns, and cone yarns:
   Recommended dosage:
   scouring enzyme 1 - 3g/L;
   H2O2 (30%) 1 - 3g/L

2. For viscose knitted fabrics and yarns:
   Recommended dosage:
   scouring enzyme 1 - 3g/L;
   H2O2 (30%) 0 - 3g/L (adjust according to the whiteness requirement of the fabric).
   Process: liquor ratio 1:10 - 15;
   temperature: 95 - 100°C;
   time: 50 - 60min.
   Procedure: scouring enzyme into the cylinder for circulation → heat to 50 - 60°C → add H2O2 → circulate and heat to 100°C, keep warm for 50 - 60min → drain → hot water wash (60°C once) → drain → deoxygenase treatment for 10 - 15min → dyeing
